This group was started for hikers that are in shape, and for those that would like to improve their skills. The purpose was to co-ordinate some of the good ideas from local hiking clubs and Meetup. Our members should be hikers and mountaineers that enjoy the outdoors in all weather. We are looking for members that can hike for at least 2 hrs up hill and back down (for a beginner)

Start off slow and then taper off...... If this sounds your hiking m.o., then have I got a deal for you! Looking to meet local hiking enthusiasts that are not speed demons on the trail (or don't mind a slower pace), but still love to do amazing, sometimes tough and challenging hikes.
