I would really appreciate if anybody can help me with that Thank you!! Eduardo |

This isn't so much a traveling backpacking group. It's the "other" kind of backpacking. But, from looking at Hostelworld.com, it looks like there are two hostels in Nashville.
Haven't been to either one, so I can't give you any personal advice, but from looking at the maps, you'll want to go to Music City Hostel and not Country Hostel Nashville. Music City is fairly close to downtown, the other is about 15-20 minutes away. Also, I assume you'll be flying into Nashville Int'l. It should be pretty easy to find a cheap bus to downtown. If you go with Country Hostel, it'll probably cost at least $30 for a taxi. Hope this helps. Edited by James on May 5, 2008 12:33 AM |

I don't know much about hostels in the area, but I would recommend checking out couchsurfing.com. It's basically an online community of people willing to open up their homes and couches to travelers. It's a great way to learn about an area and it's free! I used it a couple of times in Europe and it also helped me meet some people when I was living in Alaska. It's definitely worth checking out.
